When managing people, be as clear as possible with them regarding any new or different communication and productivity expectations you now have due to your team working remotely. Most importantly tell your team specifically how you want them to communicate with you. Should they call, send an email, text, IM, Skype, Slack, Zoom, WebEx, or WeChat? If a team member is too pushy when it comes to replies, have a direct conversation about expectations and timelines. Don't assume they know.
