Keep a Separate Phone Number when working from home

It is very likely that you may receive calls from coworkers or your boss after business hours. Take steps to prevent this from possibly happening. Keep two phone numbers on hand: one for personal use and the other solely for work. Refrain from giving your personal phone number to your coworkers. Request that they connect with you on the other.

That way, when you log off from the system, you can also log off from the work cell. And this way, you can maintain a healthy balanced work-life.
